Lost & Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages. Since signatures aren't required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued due to any lost or stolen packages.
Delivery Across the Entire USA
Currently, we ship merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3- 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) Next day shipping is available upon request. Next Day Shipping charges start at $35. Prices may vary upon weight and shipping distance. All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges. We do not offer price adjustments and discounts on items that go on sale after purchase. All sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled or modified once payment is received. Items purchased with a store credit are considered final sale. Please take into consideration the return and exchange policy prior to purchase. Please note, shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
